Visiting our adult day health centers can be an enjoyable way to spend the day – meeting with your care team and seeing new friends. Many participants come to our adult day health centers several times each week.

Transportation

Our friendly and helpful drivers provide transportation to and from our adult day health centers, as well as to and from other offsite medical visits.

Nutrition

A visit to our adult day health centers includes a healthy breakfast and lunch. We also provide nutrition counseling for any special dietary needs or weight loss goals.

Therapy

Physical and occupational therapy are provided to help you regain maximum functionality in daily life. Speech therapy is also available to help with swallowing and related issues.

Socializing

One of the things our participants like most about our adult day health centers is the chance to make new friends and engage in social activities. You can enjoy group exercise, art classes, card games, bingo, and much more.
