Florida PACE Center participants have access to all medically necessary care as determined by your primary care provider and your care team. This means that the services you receive are needed to prevent, diagnose, correct, or cure any conditions that cause acute suffering, are life threatening, result in illness, interfere with daily living, or threaten some significant disability. When a participant needs to access covered services, their care team will select from the Florida PACE Center provider list and help make the arrangements, including transportation, so the participant receives the needed care. Participants who are dissatisfied with specific providers should call their care team and request a change. The care team will select a new provider in time for the next scheduled or requested appointment. Our provider list is available upon request.
