Each day, Florida PACE Centers helps hundreds of families better manage the health and personal care needs of their older relatives. We provide a positive alternative to nursing home care, making it possible for your loved one to live independently with our support.

Peace of Mind
Enrolling your loved one in Florida PACE Centers can help relieve many of your worries. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your loved one is receiving complete, personalized healthcare and social engagement services — in a safe and secure environment.
Coordinated Care
We help you with the logistics of taking care of your loved one. We make the appointments, manage prescriptions, and provide transportation to/from doctor’s visits and our Adult Day Health Centers.
Regular Communication
We communicate openly with you about your loved ones’ health status, answering any questions and planning for future care needs. We ensure that you play an active role before, during and after PACE enrollment.
